- Be silent for 1 minute at the start of each day before you start your work. This will make you more present.
- Whenever you start to feel overwhelmed or your head starts becoming too busy, STOP, pay attention to your breath as you breathe in and out, and do this for one minute. This is helpful in slowing your thought process, and making it easier to focus on tasks.
- Heart Breathing Process: this assists to make you more calm when you feel stressed, or to uplift your mood when you’re feeling a bit flat.
