Want to bid for NSW bushfire rebuilding work?

Due to the recent bushfires, the NSW Government would like to hear from anyone that may have capability and capacity to provide goods and/or services in affected regions. A supplier list is being established that covers any goods or services.

A NSW Procurement have launched a portal through which small businesses can register their interest in bushfire work. The aim of this portal is to ensure enough contractors for the rebuilding work and to help provide local jobs and incomes for affected communities.

The concept is that the portal is a fast and easy way for businesses to register. Their details can be looked up by state, council and head contractors. Requests for quote and tender, and a buy now function, have also been included. There is a rating scheme to rank performance but systems have been put into place to make sure businesses get a chance to bid for work.

How to register?

It is an easy registration process containing some simple questions. Everyone is welcome to apply to be registered. Access is via a portal which can be accessed here:
