Cumberland Women’s Network March Event – International Women’s Day
March 7 @ 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Save money and have a sustainable, energy efficient business.
Rebecca Di Noia is a business advisor, under an NSW government funded program call Business Connect.
Rebecca was a part of her husband’s construction business, looking after business administration for 10 years. She then worked as a Sustainability adviser under both Federal and State government funded programs to assist residential and small businesses in energy reduction for around 6 years.
In 2013, Rebecca established and operated her own e-commerce business, Soap De Villa, offering products online, in-store and on Amazon Australia.
More recently, Rebecca has worked on coaching and advising young adults in leadership skills and setting up community projects. Right now, she is a business mentor for a local social enterprise project, advising migrant women on how to start up their own businesses.
For most business owners, there is always the struggle of increasing the price of products and services whilst reducing expenses. Many business owners have never seen or understood their own cash flow, let alone know how to reduce them.
At this months meeting:
Rebecca will show you one of the common expenses that many people tend to overlook – energy cost in home office. She will discuss:
– Sustainability in your business
– No cost/low-cost ways to reduce your energy usage without sacrificing your lifestyle
– Understanding your electricity bill so that you can get a better deal
Feel free to bring your electricity bill on the day!
